Meditation: The Path to Everlasting Joy

Meditation is the cornerstone of the teachings of Saints. The health of our body and mind depends on our spiritual health. This program through the teachings of great Saints and Mystics explores the theory and practice of meditation on the inner Light and Sound through which we can transform our lives.

Each week we will explore a topic about spiritual living and meditation. We will learn an easy-to-do Meditation technique leading to deeper levels of bliss and joy!! This meditation requires no difficult postures and can be done by sitting comfortably on a chair. There will be free vegetarian lunch after meditation.

Every Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at India House (Room # 217)
