The theme for this program is the “Inner Journey,” or the journey of the soul toward its true Home.
In the Sant Mat traditions, this journey is a practical experience of separating the soul from the physical body and the mind, and advancing through regions of higher and higher consciousness. We undertake this journey through the process of meditation, under the guidance of a spiritual Adept who has traveled through those regions. This journey, Sant Mat teaches, is the true purpose of human existence.
This program explores the inner spiritual journey. It includes readings that describe not only the ways and means one can travel into inner space but also tells of the various inner regions that can be experienced in meditation.
