Meditation: Enhance your Spiritual Journey

We are all searching for peace and happiness in our lives. When we do so, we unfortunately tend to look outward into the world of thing and relationships for happiness. But the saints and mystics of all spiritual traditions tell us that true happiness can only be found by coming into contact with the divine source of all bliss and peace within ourselves.

In this spiritual program, we will explore how meditation and living a spiritual life leads to eternal and everlasting happiness.

We will also learn an easy-to-do Meditation technique leading to deeper levels of bliss and joy!! This meditation requires no difficult postures and can be done by sitting comfortably on a chair. There will be free vegetarian lunch after meditation.
