The theme for this program is “Meditation: Antidote to Adversity”.
In this powerful talk, we will discover the method used by the great saints and mystics to counteract the effects of adversity. The time that we spend in meditation uplifts us to joyous spiritual regions where there is no pain. The beauty of this meditation is that the joy felt in meditation remains with us for a long time even after we come of meditation.
Each time we meditate, we are turning our experience on this earth into a heavenly one!

To get the most out of this weekly series we recommend
- wearing comfortable clothing to make it easier to sit for 30 min or more of meditation.
- during the presentation, don’t hesitate to ask questions related to the topic at hand.
- put your cellphones in silent mode.
- in your homes, try to meditate everyday for at least 10-15 min and increase the duration slowly.
