The theme for today’s program is “how to develop detachment.”
The empowerment of the body, mind, and senses is called attachment. When we attach ourselves to the impermanent things of this world, we are trading the true treasure of divinity that lies within us. Our soul is a treasure house of wisdom, unconditional love, fearlessness, and bliss. Saints and Mystics tell us that attachment to the things of this world leads to suffering while withdrawing our attention from the outer world, and inverting within through meditation, leads to spiritual bliss.
We will learn how to gradually disentangle us from the attachments of the world and re-attach us to our Soul which is a spark of the Divine.

- in your homes, try to meditate everyday for at least 10-15 min and increase the duration slowly.
